Upload at least three clear photos. We recommend five views where available: front, left side, right side, full body and a face close-up. Include distinctive markings and eye color. If you only have older photos for a memorial order, contact us before ordering.

Upload what you have. Our artists review every set and will tell you before modeling begins if anything important is unclear. This is common for memorial orders and we handle it with care.

A digital sculptor builds a 3D model of your pet by hand in sculpting software, using your photos as reference. It is not an automatic scan.

Yes. Choose a standard pose or send a photo of the pose you would like. Complex poses may change the final price.

Every combination includes a custom full-body resin sculpture, standard hand painting, a protective coating and protective packaging. Style changes the sculpted proportions and painting approach; size changes the sculpture size and included base. Chibi and Semi-Realistic include an oak name base at 8 cm and 10–12 cm, or a simple resin scene base at 15 cm. Memorial includes a walnut base with a brass plaque at every size. Enhanced painting, a different base, an acrylic cover and gift packaging are optional. The configurator shows included defaults and each price adjustment before checkout.

Yes. Choose any of our three styles and three sizes, then customize the painting finish, base, display cover and packaging in Selected or your order summary. Both update together. The starting price includes the defaults shown for your combination. Changes are priced as a difference from those defaults, so included items are not charged twice; a lower-priced base gives a credit. Acrylic covers and gift packaging are optional, not included automatically. You can return to the included defaults at any time.

Yes. Select one, two or three pets in the configurator. Each pet sculpture has the selected size and shares one base with the others. Additional pets and painting upgrades are itemized; the base and packaging apply once per set, and a larger acrylic cover has an extra size adjustment. Standard shipping stays free. We confirm the layout and overall footprint in your proof. Complex scenes, wings, halos and bespoke props require a separate quote and are not automatically included.

Cute Chibi is stylized with a larger head and playful features. Semi-Realistic keeps accurate proportions and markings. Memorial Keepsake uses a calm pose with a personalized base.

Mini is 8 cm for a compact desk portrait. Classic is 10–12 cm for our recommended balance of detail and display size. Premium is 15 cm for a larger display. Size means each pet sculpture’s longest side, excluding the base and cover, so standing and resting poses can have different heights. Your selected style determines the included base. Acrylic covers and gift packaging are optional at every size. Exact dimensions and the layout are confirmed in your digital proof.

Yes. Memorial Keepsake is available at all three sizes and includes a walnut wood base with a brass name plaque and an optional second line for dates or a short message. You can change the base and other finishing options in the configurator. You can also choose Cute Chibi or Semi-Realistic for remembrance. Wings and halos are not added automatically. Contact us before ordering if you have fewer than three suitable photos.

A set of rendered views of your pet’s 3D model, emailed before printing. Reply with the proof version and your approval or requested changes. We do not print until you explicitly approve the latest version.

Normally within 5–7 business days after your reference photos pass review. If more information is needed, we contact you. This is an estimate, separate from production and shipping.

Two rounds of consolidated changes to the agreed design are included before approval. Corrections needed because we missed the agreed instructions do not use these rounds. A new style, pose, pet or substantial redesign is a scope change. We quote additional work first and start it only after your explicit agreement; there are no automatic extra charges.

A standard round is one consolidated list of adjustments to the agreed design, such as proportions, expression or markings. Switching style or pose, adding a pet or asking for a substantial redesign changes the scope and needs an agreed quote. Corrections of our failure to follow agreed instructions do not use the two included rounds.

Proof preparation normally takes 5–7 business days after photo review. Production takes 15–20 business days after you approve the digital proof; customer-supplied 3D model orders typically take 8–12 business days after approval. Standard shipping takes another 10–18 business days after dispatch. Allow an extra 3–5 business days in November and December. Time waiting for your reply is separate.

Add your requested date in the order form and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic. Delivery dates are always estimates.

Yes. Each figurine is painted by an artist with fine brushes, layer by layer.

We match colors as closely as possible, but lighting, camera settings and screens all change how colors appear. Minor variation is a natural part of a handmade piece.

All custom pet figurines include free tracked standard shipping, with no minimum spend, including multi-pet orders and orders using coupons. Delivery is available to destinations served by our carriers and offered at checkout. We do not automatically add a remote-address fee. Import duties and taxes are separate. If we cannot serve your address, we contact you before production and offer an alternative or a full refund. See our Shipping Policy.

Standard tracked shipping normally takes 10–18 business days after dispatch. Production and the time needed for proof approval are separate. Customs, holidays and carrier delays can extend transit time. We do not promise an unlisted express service.

Import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. Unless checkout states that they are included or collected, they are payable by the recipient to the carrier or local authority. Any amount collected by us must be shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy and contact us if you are unsure before ordering.

Please email [email protected] as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the figurine and outer packaging. Keep the packaging while we investigate. For covered damage, choose a free remake and reshipment or a full refund including original shipping. This reporting request does not limit statutory rights.

Manufacturing defects, wrong items, transit damage and lost parcels established by carrier confirmation or a reasonable investigation are covered by a free remake or a full refund including original shipping, at your choice. Minor handmade variations are explained in our Refund & Return Policy; approval does not remove your statutory rights.

After the first agreed-scope proof is completed and sent: normally 30%, reduced where justified. Approval alone does not start production. Reference photos and uploaded models are used to fulfil your order and are scheduled for deletion within 90 days after completion and delivery, unless you request retention or an open dispute requires it. Order and tax records have separate retention rules. You can request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy.

Only with your separate permission. Finished-figurine photo permission is optional and off by default at checkout. To withdraw permission or request removal from channels we control, email [email protected] with your order number. We verify the request and record it; refusing or withdrawing permission does not affect your order.

We cannot reproduce copyrighted characters, logos or trademarks. We are happy to create an original costume or accessory instead.

Display it indoors away from high heat and prolonged direct sunlight, handle thin parts carefully, and clean it with a soft, dry brush. It is a decorative collectible intended for ages 14+.
