Our process

How Your Custom Pet Figurine Is Made

Production usually takes 15–20 business days after digital-proof approval, plus shipping. Here is exactly what happens at each stage.

Production timeline

  1. Illustrative reference image of a tricolor Pembroke Welsh Corgi sitting on a wooden floor
    110 minutes

Place your order and upload photos

Choose a style and size, then upload clear photos of your pet from several angles. Add notes about markings, eye color or anything that makes them unique.

What you do: Upload 3–10 photos and add notes

  2. Calm artisan studio workspace with resin printers, paints and brushes on wooden benches
    21–2 business days

    Photo review by an artist

A studio artist checks your photos for clarity, angles and color accuracy. If something is missing, such as a clear side view, we ask before sculpting begins.

  3. Grey digital 3D sculpt of the corgi shown in sculpting software before printing
    35–7 business days

    Digital sculpting

Your pet is sculpted by hand in 3D software. We focus on proportions, face shape, ear position and fur texture — the details that make them recognizable.

    4Your timing

    Digital proof and approval

We email a numbered digital proof. Reply with that version number to approve it or request changes. Two rounds of changes to the agreed design are included; corrections of our errors do not use these rounds. Extra work needs your agreement first. Nothing is printed until you explicitly approve the latest proof.

What you do: Review the proof and approve or request changes

  5. Unpainted grey resin print of the corgi figurine after support removal
    5Within the production period

    High-resolution resin printing

The approved sculpt is printed in high-resolution resin, layer by layer, capturing fine details such as fur direction and paw pads.

  6. Studio technician sanding the surface of an unpainted resin figurine
    6Within the production period

    Support removal, sanding and priming

Print supports are removed by hand and the surface is sanded and primed, creating an even base that holds paint well.

  7. Artist hand-painting fine fur details on a small pet figurine with a thin brush
    7Within the production period

    Hand painting

Artists paint every marking, eye and fur tone by hand, working from your photos. Because each piece is hand-painted, small variations are part of its character.

  8. Studio staff inspecting a finished figurine under a magnifying lamp
    8Within the production period

    Quality inspection

Each figurine is checked against your photos and the approved proof for paint quality, finish and structural soundness.

  9. Figurine box nested in protective padding inside a shipping carton
    910–18 business days after dispatch

    Protective packaging and tracked shipping

Your approved design is packed protectively and shipped with tracking. We add the shipment details to your order so you can check them in your account or on Track Order.

Honest expectations

What to expect from a handmade piece

We want you to love your figurine, so we are clear about what is possible.

Timelines are estimates

Production time starts after proof approval. Complex poses, multiple pets or extra revisions can add time.

Hand-painted means unique

Small variations in paint and texture are natural. Colors can look slightly different from screens and photos.

Photo quality matters

Blurry or dark photos limit accuracy. We will ask for better photos rather than guess.

Turn your favorite photos into a keepsake

Start with a few photos. You will see and approve a digital proof before anything is printed. Production usually takes 15–20 business days after digital-proof approval.
