1. WHO WE ARE

Furever3D is an independent studio operated by its founder as a sole trader, based in Foshan, China. We are the data controller for the information described below. Contact: [email protected]

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 You give us directly: name, email, optional phone number, shipping address, billing country; order details (style, size, quantity, notes, history); pet information (name, species, breed, markings); media you upload — photographs of your pet and 3D model files (.STL, .OBJ, .3MF); your messages and support requests. We do not store card numbers — payments are handled directly by third-party providers (section 5).

2.2 Automatically: device and browser type, operating system, IP address, pages viewed, referring site, time on page, and error/performance data.

2.3 Cookies: strictly necessary (cart, currency, language), analytics, and marketing — the last only with your consent, and disabled by default for EU/UK visitors until you accept. You can change choices via our cookie banner or browser settings.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To take and fulfil your order; to send digital proofs and request approval; to process payments and refunds; to provide support; to send order, shipping and tracking updates; to send marketing emails only if you opted in (one-click unsubscribe in every email); to prevent fraud and chargebacks; to improve our products and site; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. LEGAL BASIS (EU/UK visitors)

Performance of a contract (producing and shipping your order); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, improvement); consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies, using your pet’s photos in marketing); legal obligation (tax and consumer protection records). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with: payment processors (PayPal and/or card processors); shipping carriers and freight forwarders (name, address, phone, goods description, for delivery and customs); email and messaging tools; hosting and analytics providers; professional advisers where necessary; and authorities where legally required. Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States and mainland China; where required we rely on standard contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. YOUR PET'S PHOTOS AND UPLOADED FILES

• You keep ownership of photos and files you upload.
• By uploading them you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to produce your order, and — only if you tick the optional consent box at checkout — to show the finished figurine in our gallery, social media and advertising.
• That marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by emailing us; we will remove the content within a reasonable period.
• We do not use your photos or files to train AI models, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
• You confirm you have the right to upload the material and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

7. DATA RETENTION

Order, invoice and tax records: as required by applicable tax law (typically 5–7 years). Support correspondence: up to 3 years after last contact. Pet photos and uploaded files: deleted within 90 days after your order is completed and delivered, unless you ask us to keep them or they are needed for an open dispute. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information; to object to or restrict processing; to receive your data in a portable format; to withdraw consent; and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request”. We verify your identity and respond within 30 days, free of charge for reasonable requests. EU/UK visitors may also complain to their local data protection authority.

9. SECURITY

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and need-to-know staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and any relevant authority if a breach affecting your data requires notification.

10. CHILDREN

Our products are decorative collectibles, not toys, and our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; contact us and we will delete it.

11. CHANGES

We may update this policy; the current version and date appear at the top of this page. Material changes are announced by email to customers with an active order.

Photo permission and privacy requests

Finished-figurine photo use for our gallery, social media and marketing requires separate, optional permission. To withdraw permission, request removal from channels we control, or request access or deletion, email [email protected] or use our contact form. Include your order number where available. We verify identity proportionately, record the request and confirm the action taken. Withdrawal does not affect your order or the lawfulness of earlier permitted use. Required order/tax records and justified dispute holds are handled separately from production files.

Saved customizations

When you choose Save & Continue Later, we store your unfinished configuration, pet details and reference files on our server so you can resume. Saved designs expire 7 days after each successful save and are scheduled for automatic deletion. Saving again renews that period. Guest access uses a browser cookie; signing in on that device links saved guest designs to your account for access on other devices. You can remove saved designs from your cart. Saving does not place an order, take payment or give marketing permission. Unpurchased reference files are encrypted and cleaned up after 7 days without a new save or upload; files already attached to an order follow the order-file retention rules above.

Email sign-in and customer accounts

When you choose Continue with email, we send a verification code. After you enter the valid code in the requesting browser, we sign you in to an existing customer account or create one if you are new. Requesting a code alone does not create an account. Staff accounts use their usual sign-in method. An account is optional; guest checkout remains available.

We process your email, verification status, account identifier, necessary session information and the version and time of account terms acceptance to provide the account service you request. For EU/UK customers, we rely on performance of the account-service contract or steps you request before entering it for account access, and legitimate interests in protecting customers and our service for proportionate security and abuse prevention. Optional marketing emails and permission to display finished-figurine photos remain separate choices. Account creation grants neither permission.

Verification codes expire after 10 minutes and are single-use. We keep only a keyed hash of the code, the requested email, account reference and return location in temporary verification state. Expired temporary state is eligible for automatic platform cleanup. Rate-limit records use keyed identifiers derived from email and IP address, expire within one hour and are eligible for the same cleanup. Email delivery providers process verification and account-service emails as described in section 5. We do not put codes in page URLs or use them for analytics.

We retain your account profile and account-terms acceptance record while providing your account, until you close it, request deletion, or we determine the information is no longer necessary. Necessary security, order, tax and dispute records may be retained separately for their applicable purpose and period. To close an account or request access, correction, export or deletion, contact [email protected]; we verify identity before acting. Closing an account does not cancel orders or erase records we must retain.

Matching past guest orders are linked only after you prove control of the matching email. Existing orders owned by another account are not transferred. Signing in in a browser with saved guest designs links those designs to your account under the Saved customizations rules. Essential authentication cookies support this requested service; optional analytics and marketing cookies are not required.
