1. Your photos and models
You retain the rights you hold in the photos and model files you upload. Upload only material you own or have permission to use for this order, including permission to have a model printed. We may ask for evidence of permission.
2. Permission to fulfil your order
You grant Furever3D the limited permission needed to review, store, adapt for manufacture, print and paint your order, and to use necessary service providers for those tasks. This does not grant us permission to sell your source files or use your reference photos for advertising. Ordering a physical figurine does not automatically include transfer of our production model or third-party rights.
3. Third-party rights and refused orders
We do not reproduce protected characters, logos, trademarks or other material without the necessary authorization. We may decline or cancel orders where rights cannot be confirmed, content is prohibited or a supplied model is not printable. If we decline or cancel on these grounds, all amounts paid to us for the order, including original shipping, are refunded without deductions. No repair fee is charged without prior approval.
4. Report an infringement
Email [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the work or rights concerned, the specific page or content, evidence of your authority and an explanation of the alleged infringement. We review substantiated notices, may restrict disputed material while investigating, and may request further information. Please do not send unnecessary personal data.
5. Repeated misuse
We may refuse further uploads or orders, or restrict an account, following repeated substantiated infringements or deliberate misuse. We consider the evidence and any explanation provided. Restrictions do not remove any refund or other rights that apply to existing orders.
6. File retention
Reference photos and uploaded models are scheduled for deletion within 90 days after your order is completed and delivered, unless you request retention or the files are needed for an open dispute. Temporary uploads that are not attached to an order are cleared after 7 days. Order, tax and support records follow the separate periods in our Privacy Policy. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
7. Optional gallery and marketing permission
Use of finished-figurine photos in our gallery, social media or marketing requires your separate permission, which is optional and off by default at checkout. Refusing permission does not affect your order. To withdraw or request removal from channels we control, email us with your order number. We verify and record requests and stop future use; copies outside our control may require separate removal requests.
