Terms of Service

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order, and confirm you have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

2. OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER

• No two pieces are identical. Hand-painting produces small variations in shading, fur direction and tone; these are a feature of the craft, not a defect.
• Change-of-mind returns for personalised orders are restricted as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
• Final appearance depends significantly on your photos; we may request better photos before production begins.

3. ORDERING, QUOTES AND PRICES

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it by email confirmation and/or by beginning production.
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and import duties unless stated at checkout. The price shown at checkout applies to that order.
• For orders including customer-supplied 3D model files, we review the file and confirm printability and final pricing before production. We may decline an order if a file cannot be printed, in which case you receive a full refund.
• Full payment is required at checkout for website orders. No deposit or later balance is collected under this checkout flow. Cancellation charges depend on evidenced work stages, as set out in the Refund & Return Policy.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, failed payment, or prohibited content under section 6. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and card networks. You are responsible for fees charged by your bank or provider. We do not store your card details.

5. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

Provide accurate and current contact and shipping information; supply clear, well-lit, multi-angle pet photos; approve or reject digital proofs promptly (production pauses until you respond); and comply with all applicable laws in your country, including import rules.

6. CONTENT YOU UPLOAD — RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS

• You retain ownership of photos and 3D model files you upload.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them solely to produce and deliver your order, and — only with your separate consent at checkout — to display the finished piece in our marketing. That consent may be withdrawn at any time.
• You represent that you own or have the right to use everything you upload and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy or other rights, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from it.
• Prohibited: infringing characters or brands (for example trademarked cartoon characters), obscene or unlawful material, and content depicting real people without their consent.

We accept .STL, .OBJ and .3MF model files only, up to 3 files and a maximum of 100 MB per file, subject to any lower upload limit displayed on the website. When adding a model you must expressly confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights to use it and have us print it for your order. We review printability and rights before production. We may decline or cancel an order if a model cannot be printed, infringes rights, contains prohibited content, or its rights cannot be confirmed. If we decline or cancel the order on these grounds, we issue a full refund of all amounts paid to us for that order, including original shipping, without deductions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The Site’s text, layout, logos and original artwork are owned by us.
• You own the physical figurine you purchase.
• Our sculpting methods, templates, tooling and processes remain our property. Buying a figurine does not grant the right to reproduce, scan, reverse-engineer or commercially mass-produce copies of it.
• Reviews you post may be displayed with your name or initials.

8. SHIPPING, RISK AND TIMELINES

• Production takes 15–20 business days after proof approval (8–12 for customer-supplied 3D models), plus transit time. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• We remain responsible for the goods during delivery until you or your designated recipient receives them, subject to applicable law. Please notify us promptly about delivery damage or loss so we can arrange the remedies described in our Refund & Return Policy.
• Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

9. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms. Full payment is due at checkout. For personal cancellations: full refund before dedicated work; documented design costs capped at 30% before the first proof is completed and sent; normally 30% afterwards, subject to justified reduction, until custom production begins. Proof approval alone does not begin production. The percentage uses each affected item’s discounted price excluding tax. Printing-only orders have separate cost-based rules. After custom production starts, change-of-mind cancellation is normally unavailable; mandatory rights and reasonable-loss adjustments remain. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country; where such a right applies to you, it prevails over any conflicting clause.

10. PRODUCT CARE AND SAFETY

• Decorative collectibles, not toys. Not suitable for children under 14; may contain small parts presenting a choking hazard.
• The resin is not food-safe and is not intended to be chewed, licked, or placed in food or drink.
• Keep indoors, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture; clean only with a dry soft cloth. Keep away from pets that chew objects.
• We are not responsible for damage or injury from misuse after delivery.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (customs holds, carrier failures, strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including our own fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your misuse of the Site or products.

13. SITE USE

You may not attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the Site, scrape or bulk-download content or pricing, place fraudulent orders or abuse our refund process, or harass our staff. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of material delays and offer a revised timeline or a refund for the undelivered portion.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The current version and date appear at the top of this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date; all existing orders remain governed by the Terms accepted when placed, whether or not production has begun.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules. Please contact us before starting any formal proceeding; if a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before commencing proceedings in the courts of Foshan, China. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in your own country if its consumer protection laws give you that right.

17. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement regarding your order.

Order review and included revisions

Two rounds of consolidated changes to the agreed design are included before approval. Corrections needed because we missed the agreed instructions do not use these rounds. A new style, pose, pet or substantial redesign is a scope change. We quote additional work first and start it only after your explicit agreement; there are no automatic extra charges.

We confirm the order scope, photo suitability, destination service and any extra charges before custom work begins. No silence-based approval or automatic additional charge is used. See the Refund & Return Policy for cancellation stages and the Shipping Policy for overdue-delivery remedies. Proof approval does not waive remedies for defects or non-conformity.

Customer account access

By choosing Continue with email, you agree to these Terms for the account service. We send a verification code and, after successful verification in the requesting browser, sign you in or create a customer account if you are new. Merely requesting a code does not create an account or place an order. You can shop as a guest. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account information; marketing emails and use of finished-figurine photos require separate permission.

Use an email address you control. Keep your inbox, password and verification codes secure; never share a code. Codes are short-lived, single-use and subject to attempt and sending limits. Existing passwords continue to work, and setting a password is optional. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access or want to close your account. We may restrict account access to address abuse or security risks, without limiting applicable consumer rights. Order obligations and legally required records survive account closure.
